Alle bezoekers krijgen de informatie op deze pagina voorafgaand aan een programma via een servicemail in de mail.

Werkend volgens het 1,5m protocol en met in achtneming van de RIVM-richtlijnen heeft de Rode Hoed aanvullende huisregels opgesteld voor bezoekers, medewerkers en sprekers/bespelers om een veilige omgeving te kunnen creëren. Deze huisregels zijn specifiek voor bezoekers:

Minimaal 1,5 meter afstand
Houd je tijdens jouw bezoek aan de richtlijnen van het RIVM: blijf thuis bij symptomen en houd minimaal 1,5 meter afstand van andere bezoekers en medewerkers. Wij maken dit mogelijk door middel van een aantal aanpassingen:

• Kaartverkoop: tickets worden voorafgaand aan het programma online via de website van de Rode Hoed verkocht of aan de kassa vanaf een uur voor aanvang. Printen van een ticket is bij ons niet nodig. Medewerkers voeren op veilige wijze ticketcontroles uit.
• Inloop: om te kunnen garanderen dat er 1,5m afstand kan worden gehouden bij de inloop van het programma, wordt iedere bezoeker in een time slot ingedeeld om te arriveren. Kijk op je ticket in welk time slot je wordt verwacht in te lopen.
• Looproutes: er wordt zoveel mogelijk eenrichtingsverkeer toegepast op de looproutes van bezoekers. De routes wijzen zich vanzelf, of je wordt door één van onze medewerkers begeleid.
• Hygiëne: tijdens het programma zijn er op verschillende plekken desinfectie-stations waar bezoekers gebruik van kunnen maken.
• Tijdens het programma De Rode Hoed biedt een alternatieve zaalopstelling waarbij de minimale afstand van 1,5 meter tussen aanwezigen gewaarborgd kan worden. Je kunt dus niet schuiven met de stoelen. Drankjes kunnen uitsluitend met contactloze pin worden betaald. Uiteraard kun je alleen je drankjes halen en nuttig je die op je stoel. Verder word je aan de bar geacht afstand te houden van elkaar als een rij vormt.
• Toiletten Voor, tijdens en na het programma is het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de toiletten.

Working with a 1.5m protocol in accordance with the RIVM guidelines, Rode Hoed has set additional house rules for visitors, employees and speakers/players to create a safe environment. The rules on this page are just for the visitors. 

Keep your distance, a minimum of 1,5 meter
During your visit, stick to the RIVM (Dutch Health Organization) guidelines: stay at home when you have symptoms and keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other visitors and employees. We’ve made this possible through a number of adjustments:

• • Ticket sales: tickets are available online at the Rode Hoed website prior to the program or at the box office from one hour before the program starts. You do not need to print your ticket. Employees conduct ticket checks safely.
  • Arriving to the venue: to ensure that a distance of 1.5m can be kept as you arrive to the venue, each visitor is allocated a time slot to arrive. Check your ticket to see what time slot you have.
  • Walking routes: one-way traffic is applied as much as possible. The routes are self-explanatory, otherwise you will be guided by one of our employees.
  • Hygiene: at the venue, there are hygiene stations at various locations that visitors can use to disinfect. Please use them. After using the bathroom, please wash your hands thoroughly.
  • During the program: We kindly ask you to not move the seats, because they have been measured out. Only card payment is accepted at this time. It’s only allowed to consume your drinks at your table or chair, not the bar.
  • Toilets: Toilets will be cleaned before and after the program. You can use them at any time during the evening.
